Filter system

A tube filter system is employed to filter the air used by the blower during the vacuum process.

Load line

Rear load lines facilitate vacuum loading of the trailer.

Air suspensions

Air suspension is standard offering excellent ride quality and tank longevity. Air suspensions can also contribute to the ever important driver retention equation. Inverted or raised axles keep the discharge piping straight as it passes through to the rear of the trailer.

Aluminum frame throughout

Full length aluminum channel welded to the hoppers supporting the trailer. The suspensions and kingpin plate are directly attached to this frame.

Discharge line

Butterfly valves and discharge tees with or without gravity bottoms lead to the rear outlet efficiently allowing product to exit the tank.

Buffed shell material

Beall offers a high gloss shell and head finish that shows everyone a pride of ownership. Beall customers demand the best.

Nothing handles pressure like a Beall 1680 Vacuum. Built with thicker walls reinforced to handle the rigors of vacuum operations, this unit transloads dry-bulk products from rail cars with ease. From foodstuffs such as flour, cornstarch and sugar, to industrial materials and plastic pellets, the capacity and power of the 1680 Vacuum makes it a true workhorse. Like its companion the 1680 Pneumatic, it's built with a round cross section for uniform expansion under pressure.
